Right now now we are selling more plants than ever before and with all the cool options, it's not really a surprise. Not only do they make a great gift but folks love having them in the own home and office. Terrariums and Air- Terrariums have become so popular that we are dedicating space the store to glass containers along with specialty stones, moss and more.  With our wide selection of mini tropical plants, succulents and air plants, you can come into the shop, pick out your plants , container and other elements to go home and create your own living garden .  check out these new little cut Echeveria's in a bag. Aren't they adorable. They even come with instruction on how to root them and turn them into a thriving plant. At only $14.99, they make a wonderful little gift for a friend, teacher or relative.

Bring in the Plants to Freshen the Air - By Customer Care Coordinator Alanna

During the heat of the summer months we tend to shut the windows and turn up the A/C. Being cooped up inside with low air quality can cause headaches, asthma and allergies. Indoor plants are a healthy and natural way to filter the air. They help create oxygen and reduce airborne toxins, such as formaldehyde, benzene and trichloroethylene.  These toxins can be found in (but are not limited to) wallpapers, paints, plywood paneling, glues, furniture waxes and polishes, carpet cleaners, gasoline, plastics, detergents and fabric softeners. NASA did a study a few years on ways to reduces toxins in the air. They compiled a list of everyday plants that help purify the air you breath in your home or office.  Some of the top winners are: Peace Lily ( Spathiphyllum) Red-Edged Dracaena (Dracaena Marginata) Snake Plant (Sansevieria Trifasciata) Chinese Evergreen (Algaonema Crispum) What is a Dish Garden? That's simple, the term simply means multiple plant

He went right to work creating a little garden inside. This one is quite large and sells for 159.95 so if you are looking for a unique and special gift idea, this might be the perfect thing for you. These pretty gardens are not available on our website but we'd be happy to create one just for you so give us a call at 609-520-2005.  This morning new tropical plants arrived including these mini bromeliads and they are just so colorful.
